1. Cancellation of Orders

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the cancellation request is received within the stipulated time frame, a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
3. Cancellation After Shipping
- It is not possible to cancel orders once they are dispatched.
- In such cases, customers can reach out to us by calling or writing to contact@grin10.in. If valid reasons exist, we will accept cancellations, but we will collect to-and-fro shipping charges, and the balance amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.
