RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, except under extraordinary circumstances such as damage during transit.
1. Returns Due to Transit Damage
- In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order. contact@grin10.in. Email us at with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
- Upon verification, we will provide instructions on returning the damaged product or provide 100% refund of the damaged order value.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- We will refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
4. Refunds for Undelivered Products
- If, for any reason, the product is undelivered within the stipulated time frame by the courier service, customers are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Please notify us at contact@grin10.in or contact our customer care number if your order is undelivered within the expected time.
- Refunds for undelivered orders will be processed promptly, and the 100% amount will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7 days.
