How to use each product
GRIN10 Whey Isolate:
Add 1 scoop (32g) to 200–250ml of cold water or milk. Shake well in a shaker bottle for 15–20 seconds, or stir thoroughly with a spoon. Drink immediately. For a thicker shake, use milk. For faster absorption or if you have a sensitive gut, use water. Vary the liquid quantity for desired taste and consistency.
Note: If you stir with a spoon instead of using a shaker, you may notice a few clumps floating on top. That's not undissolved protein — it's the natural cocoa powder. A shaker bottle solves it in 15 seconds.
GRIN10 Nitro focus:
Dissolve 1 sachet in 200–300ml of cold water. Shake well or stir thoroughly. Consume immediately. Do not mix with milk. Take 30–45 minutes before your workout to allow the caffeine and pump ingredients to kick in before your first working set.
When to use — your training day:
30–45 minutes before workout — 1 sachet Nitro focus in 300–400ml cold water. Wait for it to kick in, then start your warm-up.
Within 30 minutes after workout — 1 scoop Whey Isolate in 200–250ml water or milk. Covers immediate recovery and kick-starts muscle protein synthesis.
With your post-workout meal (or anytime that day) — 1 sachet ProCreatine in 200–300ml water. Taking it after food is preferable for absorption.
When to use — your rest day:
Skip the Nitro focus – Nitrofocus contains caffeine. Avoid it on rest days.Save it for training days only — this also helps prevent caffeine tolerance from building up.
Take Pro creatine as usual — 1 sachet, anytime, preferably after a meal. Creatine works through sustained muscle saturation, not single-dose timing, so daily consistency on rest days matters more than the exact time.
Whey Isolate as needed — between meals, with breakfast, or as an evening protein top-up to hit your daily protein target.
Tips:
- Don't use hot water or hot milk to dissolve any of the three products. It creates lumps and affects texture.
- Don't exceed the recommended servings — 2 scoops Whey Isolate, 1 sachet NitroFocus per day, unless your trainer or doctor recommends otherwise.
- Stay hydrated. Higher protein and creatine intake increases your water requirement — aim for 3–4 litres on training days.

- Why don’t I feel performance of pre-workout ?
People often don’t feel the performance of workout. There arevarious reasons for this.
Reason -1: Tolerance: If used continuously for months without (especially caffeine), individuals develop tolerance and they would not get feel that they felt using the product for first time.
Reason -2: Unrealistic expectations: Newbies think that pre-workout gives dramatic strength.Pre-workouts don’t create strength out of nowhere. Reason-3: Not training with sufficient intensity: The benefits of a pre-workout are noticeable only when training intensity is high enough. If you are using pre-workout in the late evening, it will most likely delay the onset of sleep. This is primarily due to caffeine, which is a stimulant that increases alertness.
Caffeine still remain active in your system for about 3-7 hours. Because of this, using pre-workout late in the day—or combining it with other caffeinated beverages—can interfere with both how quickly you fall asleep and the overall quality of your sleep.
How to manage this:
- Avoid caffeine intake in the second half of the day, especially if you train in the evening. Be mindful of total daily caffeine (pre-workout + tea/coffee + other sources).
- Take a shower with normal to slightly cool water after your workout; this helps lower core body temperature, this helps you to fall asleep.
- Keep your bedroom cool, as a lower ambient temperature promotes better sleep.
- Minimize blue light exposure from screens before bed.
- If possible, switch to warm lights in the evening.
- Mental approach matters too. If you’re struggling to fall asleep, avoid stressing about it. Simply lying down with your eyes closed and staying relaxed can reduce anxiety around sleep.
