How to use each product

GRIN10 Whey casein:

Add 1 scoop (32g) to 200–250ml of cold milk or water. Shake well in a shaker bottle for 15–20 seconds, or stir thoroughly with a spoon. Drink immediately.

For a thicker, more filling shake (recommended for pre-sleep and meal-bridge use), use milk. For lighter consumption or faster absorption, use water.

Vary the liquid quantity for desired taste and consistency.

Note: Whey Casein naturally forms a thicker shake than pure whey isolate. This is the casein gelling — the same property that gives you slow, sustained release of amino acids. If you stir with a spoon instead of using a shaker, you may notice a few clumps floating on top. That's not undissolved protein — it's the natural cocoa powder. A shaker bottle solves it in 15 seconds.

When to use:

  1. For overnight muscle support – 30 minutes before bed. The slow-release casein feeds your muscles through the night when growth and repair peak.
  2. For post-workout recovery (evening trainers) – Right after your workout, ideally within 30 minutes. The fast-absorbing whey covers immediate recovery, while the casein sustains amino acid supply until your next meal.
  3. For long meal gaps – Whenever a gap of 4+ hours begins. Mix with milk and pair with a banana or some oats. Keeps you in a fed state without crashing your energy.
  4. For rushed mornings – First thing on waking. Stops overnight catabolism and bridges you to your first proper meal, even if that meal is delayed.
  5. For intermittent fasting – At the start of your eating window or as your last protein source before the fasting window begins. The sustained release helps you carry protein supply deeper into the fast.
  6. For weight management – Between meals or as a meal-bridge when short on time. The slow-digesting casein keeps you full for 4–5 hours, controls hunger, and prevents overeating.
  7. For late-night hunger – 30 minutes before bed instead of a snack. Satisfies hunger and supports recovery in one go.

GRIN10 Pro Creatine:

Dissolve 1 sachet in 200–300ml of water. Use a shaker for a uniform mix or stir thoroughly with a spoon. Vary the water quantity for desired taste. For a more refreshing drink, use cold water and consume immediately. Do not mix with milk.

Note: GRIN10 Pro creatine may form small clumps during storage. This is common and not a quality issue — efficacy remains unchanged.

GRIN10 Nitrofocus Pre-workout:

Dissolve 1 sachet in 200–300ml of cold water. Shake well or stir thoroughly. Consume immediately. Do not mix with milk. Take 30–45 minutes before your workout to allow the caffeine and pump ingredients to kick in before your first working set.

When to use — your training day:

30–45 minutes before workout — 1 sachet Nitro focus in 300–400ml cold water. Wait for it to kick in, then start your warm-up.

Within 30 minutes after workout — 1 scoop Whey Isolate in 200–250ml water or milk. Covers immediate recovery and kick-starts muscle protein synthesis.

With your post-workout meal (or anytime that day) — 1 sachet ProCreatine in 200–300ml water. Taking it after food is preferable for absorption.

When to use — your rest day:

Skip the Nitro focus – Nitrofocus contains caffeine. Avoid it on rest days.Save it for training days only — this also helps prevent caffeine tolerance from building up.

Take Pro creatine as usual — 1 sachet, anytime, preferably after a meal. Creatine works through sustained muscle saturation, not single-dose timing, so daily consistency on rest days matters more than the exact time.

Whey Isolate as needed — between meals, with breakfast, or as an evening protein top-up to hit your daily protein target.

Tips:

  1. Don't use hot water or hot milk to dissolve any of the three products. It creates lumps and affects texture.
  2. Don't take all three at the same time. The order is: pre-workout → train → whey →ProCreatine with meal.
  3. Don't exceed the recommended servings — 2 scoops Whey Isolate, 1 sachet ProCreatine, 1 sachet NitroFocus per day, unless your trainer or doctor recommends otherwise.
  4. Stay hydrated. Higher protein and creatine intake increases your water requirement — aim for 3–4 litres on training days.
  5. Be patient with creatine. Strength gains typically show in 3–4 weeks of consistent daily use, not overnight.

Pair the stack with a balanced diet. Supplements amplify training results — they don't replace nutrition.
