How to use each product

GRIN10 Whey Isolate:

Add 1 scoop (32g) to 200–250ml of cold water or milk. Shake well in a shaker bottle for 15–20 seconds, or stir thoroughly with a spoon. Drink immediately. For a thicker shake, use milk. For faster absorption or if you have a sensitive gut, use water. Vary the liquid quantity for desired taste and consistency.

Note: If you stir with a spoon instead of using a shaker, you may notice a few clumps floating on top. That's not undissolved protein — it's the natural cocoa powder. A shaker bottle solves it in 15 seconds.

GRIN10 Pro creatine:

Dissolve 1 sachet in 200–300ml of water. Use a shaker for a uniform mix or stir thoroughly with a spoon. Vary the water quantity for desired taste. For a more refreshing drink, use cold water and consume immediately. Do not mix with milk.

Note: GRIN10 Pro creatine may form small clumps during storage. This is common and not a quality issue — efficacy remains unchanged.

Tips:

  1. Don't use hot water or hot milk to dissolve any of the three products. It creates lumps and affects texture.
  2. Don't exceed the recommended servings — 2 scoops Whey Isolate, 1 sachet ProCreatineper day.
  3. Stay hydrated. Higher protein and creatine intake increases your water requirement — aim for 3–4 litres on training days.
  4. Be patient with creatine. Strength gains typically show in 3–4 weeks of consistent daily use, not overnight.
  5. Pair the stack with a balanced diet. Supplements amplify training results — they don't replace nutrition.
