During intense workouts or fatigue, these chemicals can get depleted, leading to reduced mental performance. Supplementing L-tyrosine helps maintain their levels, improving focus, supporting mental performance, and reducing perceived fatigue during training. It does not directly increase blood flow or act as a stimulant, but works well alongside ingredients like caffeine.

Creatine

Creatine monohydrate is one of the safest, most studied, and most effective supplements for improving exercise performance. Usage instructions

How to use:

Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet into 300 to 400 ml of water. Use shaker for uniform mix or stir thoroughly with spoon. Vary the water quantity for the desired taste. For more refreshing drink, use cold water and consume immediately. Do not mix with milk.

Note: GRIN10 Nitrofocuspreworkout might forms small clumps during storage. This is a common occurrence and not a quality issue - efficacy remains unchanged.

When to use:

Grin10 Nitrofocus should be taken at least 30-45 minutes before workout to allow the caffeine, L-Citrulline, and L-Tyrosine to reach peak effect. For best results, consume on a relatively empty stomach or 60 minutes after a light meal — heavy meals may delay absorption and blunt the energy kick.

After a tedious day job or during morning training sessions, maintaining mental focus and intensity is not easy. A well-formulated pre-workout helps to maintain the training motivation.
